The month of August has just ended and spring is in the air. The whisper of the wind in the trees has reduced just to give us a cool breeze here and there to even up the sunshine making the weather perfect for a nice game of golf. With beautiful flowers blooming around the club house just to make the place extra spectacular, Chapman is the club to be at.
We are open 364 days per year except for Christmas and our services range from practice range facilities, business lunches, corporate functions, Sunday lunch 3 course meals and we also serve breakfast every weekend so bring your family for a special breakfast treat at the club.

Harare Amateur Chapmpionships.

The Harare Amateur Championship was held from the 19th – 21st of August 2016. Attended by more than 68 golfers, the tournament was just challenging for all players. The three day tournament championship trophy landed on one of Chapman junior golfers, David Amm. Well done junior!!!!

Range News

Chapman Golf Club Practise Range.
 Weather is now warming up and it’s not so cold in the evenings. Come and practise after work; floodlights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Close at 8pm.
 As of 1st September we will be going back to our 6pm closing time on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
 We have started our Open-air Movies again. Notices are sent out with dates and movies showing. It’s a fun evening out for the whole family.
 You can pay for your balls in advance – $100 for 2000balls. $50 for 1000 balls. We have a POS swipe machine to make life easier!!!

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

• There will be a video recording of players on the course during all Wednesday and Saturday Club competitions which will be then played at the Prize Giving.
• The Club is now selling Zol internet vouchers. These are available at the Front Office.
• Members are kindly advised to pay up their owing subs before the 31st of August to avoid your swipe cards being blocked.
• Members are reminded to handle club property with care i.e. changing rooms’ equipment, towels, showers, sauna and any other club property you make use of.
• Members are advised to rent a locker for safe keeping of your belongings at the club. Rental fees are only $40 for the whole year, daily rental are $2, please safeguard you valuables and for those who own lockers renew your rental fees. Contact Patience at the Front Office for more details if you require a locker. Please note lockers are club property for rental.
• Members are urged to update their email addresses in order to receive important club updates. We have reserved one telephone number 04 747969 for members incoming calls only and cell phone numbers 078 4014414 for accounts office and for the reception 0718 194 081.
